The studio was opened in 2015 and offers an array of unique classes to suit students of all levels (especially beginners) and age groups. Yin Yoga is a quiet and simple practice Yin yoga works deeply into our body. It targets our deepest tissues rof the body, our connective tissues, ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body — rather than the muscle. Energetically, yin yoga improves the energy flow, enhancing the flow of Prana in the organs.
Vin/Yin Yoga is a combination of Yin and Vinyasa starting with our Yin asanas then finishing with a flow using the breath to flow our poses creating a warmth sense through the entire body and raising our heart rate.
Heated Vinyasa is perfect for yogi's that love Bikram or any form of yoga. Our Heated Vinyasa classes are set at a comfortable 28-30 degrees and offer a dynamic practice were you are guaranteed to tone, sweet and detox the entire body. All levels welcome.
Vinyasa Yoga is a great class filled with movement and flow that connects breath and postures to build strength , balance and freedom throughout the entire body. The Focus on you yoga Tweed Heads studio was created by Adele in 2015 with the sole intention of making Yoga accessible for everyone of all ages. Adele is a passionate yogi who lives and breathes the practice that has had such an amazing impact on her own life and enjoys nothing more than to share yoga with her students.
Adele's yoga journey started over 5 years ago with Iyenga and immediately fell in love with the effect she felt within her self. Her approach to teaching yoga is open minded, life changing and addictive.
Adele enjoys participating in classes and workshops for herself with a variety of national and international teachers to continue to broaden her knowledge and skills to be able to give her own students the very best instruction possible.
Adele is a qualified Level One Yoga teacher and certified in Yin Yoga as well.
Grant is a qualified/certified Astanga Vinyasa teacher under Guru Bharath Shetty of Mysore India... Grant has been studying yoga for 5 years and is a passionate and dedicated yogi that loves nothing more than to share the true values and benefits of yoga with everyone he meets... Grant has over 27 years martial arts training based in South Tweed heads with an abundance of teaching experience under his belt and loves the fact that his daily practise in yoga has helped heal his body. Grants classes are always super fun, challenging and extremely rewarding...

Michelle has been practicing yoga since 2001 and currently holds a level 1 200hr certificate in Purna yoga. Her teaching is influenced by her original practice of Hatha yoga with Iyengar alignment. With experience in various yoga practice including Vinyasa flows, Bikram and the amazing Yin yoga. Michelle is focused on making yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of age, gender, body type and abilities.
